We Heart Cisco

Jon works for a VERY adoption-friendly company.  While we are already grateful for the financial adoption benefit Cisco provides for its employees, we were really excited to learn about a new benefit today.  Cisco now gives employees 4 weeks of paid time off when they adopt!!  Thanks to Jon's boss for forwarding us this announcement!  This is such great news, especially given that at least 2 weeks of our time will be spent traveling to Rwanda and then Kenya to pick up our baby girl and get all of the necessary paperwork to bring her home.  Cisco made this change in response to employee survey requests and we are so grateful they did!
