Haiti Earthquake - ACT NOW

Please be praying for the people of Haiti and the many people who will be providing relief there.  Please consider making a donation TODAY to a reputable organization who will be on the ground doing direct or long term relief for the Haiti earthquake.  The situation is very dire and donating quickly allows organizations to project how much and what kinds of relief they can provide.  We've chosen to give to World Vision, who has already been working in Haiti and has a history of being quickly on the ground when disasters strike, is a large ethically run Christian organization, for which my company also matches donations.  However I encourage you to make your own decision, researching the organizations that will be providing relief there and donate TODAY online.  This USAID article is helpful to explain why it important to give monetary donations to reputable organizations during disaster relief.  This is a list of organizations that CNN has provided that are or will be doing Haiti relief efforts.  I also encourage you to check out if your employer also matches donations to any of these organizations so you can have an even larger impact.
